Meet Our President
Kevin Carson
Kevin Carson (he/him) is a passionate consultant and a dedicated advocate. Since immigrating to the U.S. from Guyana in 2018, Kevin has focused his professional journey on creating impactful solutions that empower marginalized communities. As the leader of Mosaic Connections, Kevin oversees curriculum development that fosters positive outcomes for underrepresented communities, including the immigrant population, ensuring that his work is grounded in equity and social justice. In addition to his work with Mosaic, he serves as Project Manager for the Immigrant Student Success Center, and as a Home is Here Opportunity Program Participant with Immigrants Rising—roles in which he continues his advocacy for immigrant rights, educational access, and community empowerment.
Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology and a certificate in Addiction Studies from John Jay College. His academic background, combined with his extensive professional experience, allows him to offer strategic solutions that support individuals and organizations in building stronger, more inclusive communities.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Kevin is an aspiring writer with a focus on poetry, channels his creativity to inspire and connect with others on a deeper level. His commitment to social justice and community development remains at the core of his work, guiding his efforts to make a lasting, positive impact in the lives of those he serves.
